Gogolev has four points as the Hitmen defeat the Hurricanes @NHLdotcom

CALGARY - Alex Gogolev had two goals and two assists to lead the Calgary Hitmen to a 6-2 win over the Lethbridge Hurricanes in Western Hockey League action on Sunday.

Jimmy Bubnick had a goal and an assist for the Hitmen (9-9-2) while Trevor Cheek, Victor Rask and Danny Gayle added singles.

Graham Hood and Nick Buonassisi scored for the Hurricanes (3-18-1), who have lost five straight games.

Calgary netminder Brandon Glover stopped 29-of-31 shots he faced while Lethbridge goalie Liam Liston finished with 23 saves.

The Hitmen went 3-for-5 on the power play as the Hurricanes failed to score on three opportunities with the man advantage.
