Goalie David LeNeveu makes 20 saves Barons win 3-1 over Abbotsford Heat

OKLAHOMA CITY - David LeNeveu made 20 saves to backstop the Oklahoma City Barons to a 3-1 win over the Abbotsford Heat in American Hockey League play Sunday.

Chris VandeVelde, while shorthanded, and Milan Kytnar scored within a two minutes span early in the second period to put Oklahoma City up 2-0.

Krys Kolanos scored for the Heat to cut the lead at 17:56 of the second, but Lennart Petrell restored the two-goal lead with less than 10 seconds left in the second.

Danny Taylor made 25 saves on 28 shots for Abbotsford ().
