Glennie scores three, including OT winner, as Brandon beats the Blades 5-4

SASKATOON - Scott Glennie capped a hat trick by scoring the winning goal 12 seconds into overtime as the Brandon Wheat Kings fended off the Saskatoon Blades to earn a 5-4 victory on Saturday night in the Western Hockey League.

Brayden Schenn assisted on all three of Glennie's markers, while Mark Schneider opened the scoring for the Wheat Kings (14-9-1-1) and Nathan Green also scored.

Chirs Langkow had a pair of goals for the Blades (17-7-2-0) and Darian Dziurzynski and Gaelan Patterson added singles.

Andrew Hayes made 30 saves for Brandon, while Saskatoon netminder Braden Holtby stopped 32 shots.
