The Stanley Cup Playoffs begin for the Predators when they host the Colorado Avalanche tonight in Nashville (at 8:30 p.m. CT).
Nashville concluded the regular season with the League's best record, claiming the Presidents' Trophy and home-ice advantage for every series they might participate in this spring. The Preds have won 10 consecutive games over the Avalanche, including a 4-0-0 record this season.
The Predators have held three-straight days of full practices and have been joined by Calle Jarnkrok (upper-body injury; day-to-day) and Yannick Weber (upper-body injury; day-to-day). Nashville held an optional morning skate on Thursday prior to Game 1.
