Gal's two points lift Spokane back into series with 3-2 win over Vancouver @NHLdotcom

SPOKANE, Wash. - Blake Gal had a goal and an assist to help the Spokane Chiefs defeat the Vancouver Giants 3-2 on Tuesday night in Western Hockey League playoff action.

Gal, who had 38 points during the regular season, has five in three playoff games. Last year, Gal produced seven goals and 11 points in 16 playoff games.

Reid Gow and Corbin Baldwin also scored for the Chiefs.

Cain Franson and Brendan Gallagher replied for Vancouver, which leads the first-round series 2-1. Game 4 is Wednesday in Spokane.

Eric Williams made 26 saves for Spokane. Chiefs netminder Adam Morrison stopped 25 shots.
