Froats and Harnden score two each as Frontenacs defeat Whalers 6-2

PLYMOUTH, Mich. - Derek Froats and Zach Harnden each scored twice as the Kingston Frontenacs defeated the Plymouth Whalers 6-2 in Ontario Hockey League action Saturday.

Nathan Moon and Michael Farrell added singles for Kingston, which improved to 13-14-2.

The Whalers (15-13-0) got goals from Joe Gaynor and Tyler J. Brown and two assists from Ryan Hayes.

Whalers star Tyler Seguin, a potential top overall NHL draft pick next June, is still hampered by a hip injury and finished minus-3.

Frontenacs goaltender John Cullen took the win with a 38-save performance. Backup Whalers goalie Scott Wedgewood made 51 saves.
