Friesen's two goals lead Niagara past Sault Ste. Marie 4-3 in OHL play

ST. CATHARINES, Ont. - Alex Friesen scored his second of the night with less than five minutes to play in the third for Niagara as the IceDogs downed the Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds 4-3 in Ontario Hockey League action Thursday.

Andrew Fritsch and Andrew Agozzino also scored for the IceDogs (5-5-3).

Chris DeSousa added three assists for Niagara.

Daniel Catenacci, T.J. Battani and Jake Carrick replied for the Greyhounds (7-5-1), while Brock Beukeboom had two assists.

Mark Visentin made 35 saves for the win. Robin Lehner stopped 43 shots in defeat.
