Patrick Roy has waited a long time for his 200th victory as the coach of the Quebec Remparts.

Antoine Tardif stopped 26 shots as the Quebec Remparts smashed the Baie-Comeau Drakkar 6-0 in Quebec Major Junior Hockey League action Friday night.

Roy's victory makes him the 22nd coach in QMJHL history to reach the 200-win milestone. He started coaching the Remparts on Sept. 25, 2005.

Quebec snapped a four-game skid that saw the Remparts briefly slide in the standings. With the win they have reclaimed the East Division lead and third place overall.

Elsewhere in the QMJHL it was: Montreal 4 Halifax 1; Rimouski 4 Lewiston 3; Victoriaville 8 Chicoutimi 0; P.E.I. 5 Gatineau 4; Saint John 3 Cape Breton 1; and Drummondville 3 Val-d'Or 2 (OT).

At Baie-Comeau, Que., Jonathan Audy-Marchessault and Olivier Hinse both scored twice for Quebec (26-11-6), while Danick Paquette and Dominic Savoie added markers.

Simon Giroux stopped 22 shots for the Drakkar (13-25-3).

-Junior 4 Mooseheads 1 At Halifax, Nicolas Chouinard opened scoring and added an assist to lead Montreal over the Mooseheads.

Loik Poudrier, Matthew Brenton and Hugo Roux also scored for the Junior (20-18-3).

Gerrad Grant replied for Halifax (8-31-3).

-Oceanic 4 Maineiacs 3 At Lewiston, Maine, Petr Straka had a goal and two assists as Rimouski edged the Maineiacs.

Felix Lefrancois, Alex Emond and Mathieu Loisel also had markers for the Oceanic (23-13-6).

Michael Chaput, Francis Beauvillier and Mathieu Loisel scored for Lewiston (16-25-1).

-Tigres 8 Sagueneens 0 At Victoriaville, Que., Kevin Poulin made 20 saves as the Tigres mauled Chicoutimi.

Brandon Hynes scored two goals 17 seconds apart to lead Victoriaville (28-13-2), while Samuel Groulx, Chris Doyle, Guillaume Goulet, Tomas Kubalik, Joel Chouinard and Yanni Gourde also chipped in.

Robin Gusse and Jean-Christophe Plouffe faced 46 shots for the Sagueneens (15-18-8).

-Rocket 5 Olympiques 4 At Gatineau, Que., Benjamin Casavant scored twice, including the winner, as P.E.I. nipped the Olympiques.

Jarrad Struthers also had a pair of goals for the Rocket (22-17-4), while Michael Stinziani also tallied.

Tye McGinn and Jean-Gabriel Pageau both had a goal and an assist for Gatineau (22-18-3), while Mitchell Porowski and Alexander Beaton also scored.

-Sea Dogs 3 Screaming Eagles 1 At Saint John, N.B., Mike Hoffman had the eventual winner as the Sea Dogs downed Cape Breton.

Tomas Jurco and Zack Phillips added singles for Saint John (35-7-1).

Cory MacIntosh answered for the Screaming Eagles (24-15-5).

-Voltigeurs 3 Foreurs 2 (OT) At Val-d'Or, Que., Andrew Randazzo scored in overtime as Drummondville nipped the Foreurs.

Gabriel Dumont had a goal and an assist for the Voltigeurs (30-12-2) and Marc-Olivier Vachon added a marker.

Alexandre Quesnel and Samuel Morneau scored in regulation for Val-d'Or (15-22-5).
