Rini played in five games during the month of November, posting a record of 5-0. The Chamberlain High senior collected wins over Jesuit, Steinbrenner, Jenkins, Manatee, and Newsome. Rini fought off 159 of 175 shots to total a .908 save percentage. After playing hockey in Boston and New York the past couple of years, Rini chose to stay home for his senior year before moving on to play junior hockey. Rini will be attending numerous prospect camps this summer and has been nominated to try out for the All Star Team which will travel to Pittsburgh to play in America's Showcase.
Rini will receive a personal replica trophy to recognize his accomplishments, along with his name engraved on the permanent award that will be given to the winner of the Moe's Southwest Grill Goalie of the Year at the end of the season.
