Foucault, Fiddler lead the way as Hitmen beat Broncos 4-2 in WHL action

CALGARY - Kris Foucault and Tyler Fiddler scored goals 16 seconds apart in the second period to lead the Calgary Hitmen to a 4-2 win over the Swift Current Broncos in Western Hockey League action Sunday.

Austin Madaisky and Joel Broda also scored for the Hitmen (16-5-0), who finished up a three-game homestand with their third straight victory.

WHL scoring leader Brandon Kozun chipped in with two assists to extend his point-scoring streak to 14 straight games.

Brad Hoban had a goal and an assist for the Broncos (10-10-2), while Colin Doyle also scored. With the loss, Swift Current's road record fell to 0-8-2 this season.

Calgary goalie Michael Snider made 22 saves, while his Swift Current counterpart Morgan Clark stopped 32 of 36 shots he faced.
