NSH@DAL: Khudobin stops Forsberg's lacrosse move

Filip Forsberg would have pulled off a lacrosse goal Tuesday, if not for Anton Khudobin.

The Nashville Predators forward picked the puck up onto his blade and carried it on goal before the Dallas Stars goalie denied him of what would've been a highlight-reel goal during the second period at American Airlines Center.
Forsberg has been practicing the move and decided to go for it in Dallas. After picking up a pass from Ryan Johansen, Forsberg circled the net with the puck on his blade before flinging the puck on goal. Fortunately for Dallas, Khudobin dashed across to make the stop.
"I've been doing it. I mean, it happens in practice. Not every day," Forsberg said after the game. "[I was] just trying to have fun."
Khudobin may have denied Forsberg's lacrosse attempt, but he finished one later in the game, which helped Nashville to a 5-3 win.
