Flyers-Sabres highlights Wednesday's action @NHLdotcom
The last time Philadelphia came to Buffalo, the Flyers saved their season when Ville Leino's overtime goal gave them a 4-3 victory in Game 6 of their opening-round playoff series last April 24 -- setting up a Game 7 victory that sent them to the second round.

The Flyers are back at the newly renamed First Niagara Center in one of three games on Wednesday's schedule. But this time, Leino will be playing for the other side: He signed with the Sabres as a free agent last summer.

Both teams have had their ups and downs this season. The Flyers are coming in off 5-1 home win against Carolina on Saturday, a game that saw them score four times in the third period. The Sabres have had a few days to think about Saturday's 3-2 home loss to Florida, a game that saw them give up the tying and winning goals in the final four minutes of regulation.

VERSUS will televise the game in the United States, beginning at 7:30 p.m. ET. TSN2 will air the game in Canada.

TSN will air the other 7:30 start as the Toronto Maple Leafs visit New Jersey. The Leafs are 7-3-1 despite Sunday's 3-2 loss in Ottawa, while the Devils are back home after a three-game trip that ended with a 3-1 loss at Dallas on Saturday.

In Wednesday's other game, Phoenix visits Colorado, where both teams are coming off 3-2 home wins against the Los Angeles Kings. The Coyotes beat L.A. on Saturday, while the Avs did it on Sunday for their first home win of the season.
