Ah Gritty, is there anything he can't do?

The lovable orange furball showed up to a Rutgers men's basketball game on Friday and calmly drained a half-court shot to the shock and delight of the crowd in attendance.

Gritty and his AHL affiliate friend, MeLVin of the Lehigh Valley Phantoms, attended the Rutgers-Michigan State game and put on a show of sorts.

After mingling with the crowd, it was time for Gritty to do what he was born to do: make magic. Take another look.

As usual with Gritty, the real show, after the ball hits nothing but net, begins with the celebration as he immediately went into a split and danced his way off the floor at Rutgers Athletic Center.

Just another day in the life of Gritty.
