The Flames currently hold four picks in the 2018 NHL Draft, being held on June 22-23 in Dallas:
Round Four
- 105
- 108 (acquired from Florida in the trade that sent Jiri Hudler to the Panthers)
Round Six
- 167
Round Seven
- 198

The Flames first and second round picks are held by the New York Islanders as a part of the trade that brought defenceman Travis Hamonic to Calgary last summer.
The team's third round pick is held by Arizona as a result of the trade for goaltender Mike Smith.
Calgary's fifth round selection is held by New Jersey, who acquired it from Arizona in the Scott Wedgewood trade. The pick was originally sent to the Coyotes in the Michael Stone trade.
