The Chicago Blackhawks put on a show in Saskatoon on Sunday.

The Blackhawks got goals from five players and a 22-save shutout by goaltender Scott Darling in a 5-0 victory against the Edmonton Oilers at Credit Union Centre.

Bryan Bickell scored 5:54 into the game to put Chicago ahead to stay. Garret Ross and Teuvo Teravainen scored 54 seconds apart in the second period, and goals by Andrew Shaw and Kris Versteeg in the third period completed the rout.

Edmonton also lost its captain, defenseman Andrew Ference, with a right arm injury and did not return. Oilers coach Dallas Eakins said after the game that Ference's X-ray was negative and "he’ll be fine.”
