Festarini makes 27 saves as the IceDogs downed the Rangers

ST. CATHARINES, Ont. - Chris Festarini made 27 saves as the Niagara IceDogs downed the Kitchener Rangers 3-1 in Ontario Hockey League action Saturday night.

Freddy Hamilton had a goal and an assist while David Pacan and Dougie Hamilton added singles for the IceDogs (8-8-2).

Cody Sol scored the lone goal for the Rangers (9-6-1).

John Gibson made 33 saves in the loss.

Niagara, who entered the contest with the OHL's top-ranked power play, finished the game 0-for-1 with the man-advantage, while the Rangers were 1-for-4.
