* The Pens face the San Jose Sharks for the final time this season. San Jose won the previous matchup, 5-2, in California. The Penguins are 6-1-2 in their last 9 home games against the Sharks.
* The last time these two teams met at PPG Paints Arena was on Jan. 30 of last season. The Penguins defeated the Sharks, 5-2. Evgeni Malkin scored his 12th career hat trick and Bryan Rust had the other 2 goals.

For the safety of all guests, fans will be required to pass through walk-through metal detectors upon entering PPG Paints Arena. Only small personal bags (purses, baby or diaper bags, etc.) will be permitted inside the building and all items are subject to searches upon entrance. Large bags, coolers, backpacks and sealed packages of any kind are not permitted. In addition, PPG Paints Arena allows only small, personal still-cameras equipped with a 3 inch lens or smaller.
