KENNEWICK, Wash. - Mitch Fadden scored 1:10 into overtime to lead the Tri-City Americans to a 4-3 come-from-behind Western Hockey League victory over the Everett Silvertips on Sunday night.
Everett, which has lost six straight, led 2-0 in the second and 3-2 late in the third before Tri-City's Taylor Procyshen tied the game at 16:22.
The Silvertips, who hadnt scored in 120 minutes since scoring one goal against the Americans in the second period on Friday, opened up a 2-0 lead with a pair of power-play goals in the first 5:08 of the second period by Zack Dailey and Alex Theriau.
The Americans countered later in the period with goals by Fadden and Procyshen to tie the game at two.
Shane Harper also scored for Everett (21-21-6-1), which had 35 saves from Kent Simpson.
Johnny Lazo chipped in two assists for the U.S. Division-leading Americans (33-14-0-3), while Chet Pickard finished with 24 saves.
