LONDON, Ont. - Daniel Erlich had a three-point night and scored the game-winner at 6:42 of the third period as the London Knights defeated the Plymouth Whalers 6-3 on Friday night in Ontario Hockey League action.
Erlich also scored on the power play in the second period and added an assist for the Knights (11-4-0-1), who have eight wins in their last 10 games.
Sergei Korostin, Kale Kerbashian, Philip McRae and Nazem Kadri added goals for London, while Kaine Gilbert scored twice and AJ Jenks had the other goal for the Whalers (5-8-1-0).
Jason Guy made 33 saves for the Knights. Plymouth netminder Jeremy Smith stopped 35 shots.
