Erlich scores twice, including the winner, as the Colts beat the Petes 4-3 in OT @NHLdotcom

PETERBOROUGH, Ont. - Daniel Erlich scored twice, including one in overtime, and set up another to give the Barrie Colts a 4-3 win over the Peterborough Petes in Ontario Hockey League action Sunday afternoon.

Dylan Smoskowitz had a goal and an assist for Barrie (19-12-3) and Eric Locke added a single. Greg Sutch chipped in with two assists.

Andrew Yogan scored once and assisted on one more for Peterborough (15-13-6) while Luke Hietkamp and Alan Quine had a goal each.

Alex Fotinos made 38 saves for the win while Mike Morrison stopped 29 shots in defeat.

Barrie went 1-for-2 on the power play as Peterborough scored once on five chances with the man advantage.

The Colts won for the third time in overtime this season while the Petes remain winless in six games that have gone past regulation time.
