Oilers score three goals in second period, defeat Jets

Jussi Jokinen had a goal and an assist to help the Edmonton Oilers defeat the Winnipeg Jets 3-1 at Bell MTS Place.
Mark Letestu and Jujhar Khaira scored 13 seconds apart for Edmonton in the second period. Letestu's power-play goal tied the game 1-1 at 2:14 before Khaira gave the Oilers a 2-1 lead at 2:27. Jokinen made it 3-1 at 13:59 of the second period. Laurent Brossoit started in goal for the Oilers and made 13 saves. Nick Ellis made 20 saves in relief. Nikolaj Ehlers gave Winnipeg a 1-0 lead 5:34 into the first period. Steve Mason made 21 saves.
