Edmonton Oilers sign forward Milan Kytnar to three-year entry-level contract

EDMONTON - The Oilers signed centre Milan Kytnar to a three-year entry level contract Sunday.

Kytnar, 20, was Edmonton's fifth pick (127th overall) in the 2007 NHL draft and joins the Oilers after two seasons in the Western Hockey League.

The six-foot, 180-pound Slovakia native had 27 goals, 37 assists and 89 penalty minutes in 65 games with the Saskatoon Blades this season. He added three goals and an assist in seven post-season games.
