Dzerins scores shootout winner as Kingston rallies to defeat the Colts 4-3

KINGSTON, Ont. - Andris Dzerins scored the lone goal in the shootout as the Kingston Frontenacs came back to oust the Barrie Colts 4-3 on Sunday afternoon in the Ontario Hockey League.

Ethan Werek scored twice in regulation, including the tying goal with one second remaining in the third, while Nathan Moon added a goal and an assist for Kingston (17-38-6-3).

Taylor Carnevale, Adam Payerl and Alex Hutchings scored for the Colts (29-31-3-2), who are on a three-game losing skid.

Mavric Parks made 30 saves for the Frontenacs. Barrie netminder Peter Di Salvo stopped 37 shots.
