Aleksander Barkov learned a valuable lesson Sunday. When you sit courtside at an NBA game beware of flying basketball players.
The Florida Panthers star forward took a knee to the head from guard Dwyane Wade at the Miami Heat-Utah Jazz game Sunday, and Wade was big enough to apologize, even though one probably wasn't necessary.
@Barkovsasha95 are we still good after that love tap to the head last night? Sorry bud. I had a flashback haha.
Wade went flying into the stands to save a loose ball under the Heat basket, but could not quite hurdle the 6-foot-3 Barkov. Barkov mercifully got his hands up, receiving only a glancing blow from the 16-year pro. Lesson learned for Barkov, who plans to be more prepared the next time he takes in a Heat game from the good seats.
