Ducks trade Endicott to Dallas @NHLdotcom

ANAHEIM, Calif. (AP) -The Anaheim Ducks traded center Shane Endicott to the Dallas Stars for future considerations Friday.

Endicott was acquired from Nashville on Jan. 26 in exchange for left wing Chris Durno.

He played 35 games in the American Hockey League, with two goals, four assists and 22 penalty minutes. He played nine of those games with the Portland Pirates, Anaheim's primary AHL affiliate, with one goal, two assists and four penalty minutes.

Last season, Endicott played in 41 games for Pittsburgh, the team he made his NHL debut with in 2001-02.

Also Friday, the Ducks signed right wing Mike Hoffman to a two-year entry level contract. He has reported to Portland, Anaheim's AHL development affiliate.
