Kevin Shattenkirk finally got to bring the Stanley Cup home.

The Anaheim Ducks defenseman, a member of the 2020 Stanley Cup champion Tampa Bay Lightning, brought the trophy to New Rochelle, New York, where he recieved a key to the city and a proclamation from the mayor, Noam Bramson.

The well-travelled Cup did not get around much last year due to concerns surrounding the coronavirus pandemic, but with New York State recovering, Shattenkirk got the make-up date this year.
The veteran defenseman also enjoyed some private time at home with the Cup as his wife, Deanna,

of Kevin and their daughter Isla with the trophy.
