Ducks activate Getzlaf, demote Voros @NHLdotcom
The Anaheim Ducks on Wednesday activated center Ryan Getzlaf from injured reserve and assigned  forward Aaron Voros to the Syracuse Crunch of the AHL.

Getzlaf, the Ducks' captain and first-line center, hasn't played since Dec. 28, when he suffered nasal sinus fractures when he was hit in the face by a puck in a game at Phoenix. He's eligible to play in the Ducks' game Wednesday night at Vancouver.

Voros has appeared in 12 games for Anaheim in 2010-11, going scoreless with 43 penalty minutes (PIM). He missed 21 games from Dec. 10 to Jan. 25 with a fractured orbital bone suffered on Dec. 8 at Vancouver. The 6-foot-4, 210-pound winger spent the last two seasons with the New York Rangers before coming to Anaheim in a trade last July.
