Drayson Bowman scores once, assists on 2 others as Chiefs win 5-2 over Giants @NHLdotcom

SPOKANE, Wash. - Drayson Bowman scored a goal and assisted on two others to lead the Spokane Chiefs to a 5-2 win over the visiting Vancouver Giants in WHL playoff action on Tuesday night.

The Giants lead the best-of-seven Western Conference semifinal series 2-1, with the next game Wednesday night in Spokane.

Levko Koper, Jared Spurgeon, Justin McRae and Trevor Glass had the other goals for the Chiefs, who trailed 2-1 after 20 minutes.

Jonathon Blum and Lance Bouma scored in the first period for Vancouver.

Giants goalie Tyson Sexsmith made 23 saves but lost his first game of the post-season.

Dustin Tokarski blocked 26 shots in net for the Chiefs.
