Drason Bowman scores two helping Spokane to defeat Portland 6-3 @NHLdotcom

SPOKANE, Wash. - Drayson Bowman scored two goals to help the Spokane Chiefs defeat the Portland Winter Hawks 6-3 in WHL action Friday night.

Levko Koper, Ondrej Roman, David Rutherford and Justin McCrae also scored for Spokane (50-14-1-5).

Luke Walker, Colin Reddin and Travis Bobbee scored for Portland (10-57-2-1).

Chiefs' goalie Kevin Armstrong finished with 22 saves, while Jordan White turned aside 38 shots in net for Portland.

The win marks Spokane's 50th of the season, tying the 1995-96 Chiefs for most wins in a single season.
