Devos scored on the power play 13:04 into the extra period to lift Victoriaville to a 2-1 victory over the Shawinigan Cataractes, helping the Tigres clinch their first-round Quebec Major Junior Hockey League playoff series.
The Tigres take the series 4-2 and will play the Drummondville Voltigeurs in the quarter-finals.
All three goals in the game were scored on special teams, with Victoriaville striking on the power play and Shawinigan scoring short handed.
Elsewhere in the QMJHL it was Chicoutimi 4 Rimouski 3 and Rouyn-Noranda 5 Val-d'Or 1.
At Shawinigan, Que., Joel Champagne scored in regulation time for the Tigres.
Antoine Houde-Caron replied for the Cataractes.

At Chicoutimi, Que., Antoine Roussel's second-period goal stood as the winner as the Sagueneens edged Rimouski.
Emrik Guillemette, Steve Lebel and Mathieu Populus all scored in the first period for Chicoutimi.
Alexandre Mallet, Petr Straka and Alex Belzile replied for the Oceanic, but their rally fell short.
The series is tied 3-3, with the decisive Game 7 in Rimouski on Tuesday night.

At Val-d'Or, Que., Jordan Caron scored and had two assists as Rouyn-Noranda out-paced the Foreurs to win the game and the series.
Alexandre Beauregard had the eventual winner for the Huskies, while Jeff Desjardins, Jean-Sebastien Berube and Philippe Cornet also tallied.
Maxime Sauve was the lone scorer for Val-d'Or.
Rouyn-Noranda took the series 4-2 and will face the winner of the Montreal Junior-Gatineau Olympiques pairing.
