Lindsey Vonn has got big plans for P.K. Subban and the New Jersey Devils.

The former Olympic skier announced her goal for her new fiance's new team while presenting at the MTV Video Music Awards in Newark in the couple's first public appearance since they
announced their engagement Friday

"When athletes work together, they push each other to chase their goals," Vonn said on stage before presenting an award. "I'm going to push him to bring back the Stanley Cup to New Jersey."

They saw some familiar faces on the red carpet. Blake Coleman, the Devils forward, was working the preshow event, and interviewed Subban and Vonn in his media debut.

Though he was unable to catch up with pop star Taylor Swift, Coleman still managed to score interviews with Vonn and Subban, the DJ and Vegas Golden Knights fan Diplo and actor/rapper and Newark-native Ice-T and his actress wife Coco Austin.
