The Arizona Coyotes will try to extend their winning streak to six games when they play the Detroit Red Wings at Gila River Arena on Saturday.
The Coyotes haven't won six in a row since Feb. 16-28, 2012, the most recent season they reached the Stanley Cup Playoffs. Arizona is one point behind the Minnesota Wild for the second wild card into the playoffs from the Western Conference.
The Red Wings have lost six straight (0-4-2) and are coming off an 8-1 loss to the Montreal Canadiens at Little Caesars Arena on Tuesday.
