Defence provides offence as Sarnia stings the Owen Sound Attack 4-1 @NHLdotcom

SARNIA, Ont. - The defence was responsible for most of the offence as the Sarnia Sting defeated the Owen Sound Attack 4-1 in Ontario Hockey League action Friday night.

Sarnia (21-18-2-3) got goals from blueliners Steve Ferry, Mark Katic and Joe Rogalski - with the first of his OHL career - along with Jamie Arniel in the dominating win.

Steven Shipley scored for the Attack (16-17-6-4).

Dan Spence made 29 saves for the Sting, while Owen Sound netminder Tyler Beskorowany stopped 44 shots.
