Dansereau scores twice, adds assist as Broncos beat Hurricanes @NHLdotcom

SWIFT CURRENT, Sask. - The Swift Current Broncos were led offensively by their top line in a 5-2 win over the visiting Lethbridge Hurricanes on Tuesday night.

The trio of Erik Felde, Zack Smith, and Keegan Dansereau combined for seven points and accounted for the Broncos' first four goals. Dansereau led the way with two goals and an assist, Felde notched a goal and an assist, and Smith scored once. Cody Eakin added an empty net goal with 28 seconds remaining.

Zack Boychuk scored on the power play for the Hurricanes, while Ben Wright scored short-handed.

Broncos netminder Travis Yonkman stopped 22 of 24 shots to improve his record to 6-2-0-1.

Michael Maniago stopped 16 of 21 shots to lower his record to 2-4-1-0.

The win improves the Broncos' East Division-leading record to 8-2-0-1.

The loss drops the Hurricanes record to 4-6-1, fifth in the Central Division.
