Daniel Maggio scores late game winner as Sudbury edges Peterborough 2-1 @NHLdotcom

SUDBURY, Ont. - Daniel Maggio scored the game winner on the power play with 1:15 remaining in the third period as the Sudbury Wolves edged the Peterborough Petes 2-1 in OHL action Friday night.

Gerome Giudice also counted for Sudbury (16-44-2-3). Mike Ryan replied for Peterborough (27-34-0-3).

Andrew Loverock made 27 saves for the Wolves, while Jason Missiaen turned away 34 shots for the Petes.
