Daniel Carr scored a third-period goal to give the Montreal Canadiens a 4-3 preseason win against the Boston Bruins on Tuesday.
Carr broke a 3-3 tie with 4:50 remaining. Alex Galchenyuk scored for Montreal 18 seconds after Austin Czarnik scored to give Boston a 3-2 lead 20 seconds into the third period.

Christian Ehrhoff, in his first game with the Bruins on a professional tryout contract, scored for a 2-0 lead. Ryan Spooner also scored for Boston.
Jeff Petry and Artturi Lehtonen scored for Montreal.
It was the first preseason game for Bruins forward David Krejci and defenseman Torey Krug, each returning from injury. Defenseman Kevan Miller left the game with a lower-body injury.
The game was played at Videotron Centre in Quebec City.
