Dana Tyrell's three point night leads the Cougars past the Rockets @NHLdotcom

KELOWNA, B.C. - Dana Tyrell had a three-point night for Prince George with a goal and two assists as the Cougars rallied to defeat the Kelowna Rockets 4-3 in Western Hockey League action Saturday night.

Morgan MacLean, with two goals, and Ty Wishart, with his 13th goal of the season that was also the game-winning marker, also scored for Prince George (10-18-0-0). Two weekends ago on home ice, the Cougars were soundly drubbed by the Rockets, losing 5-1 and 6-1 in back-to-back games.

Replying for the Rockets (14-9-2-2) were Tyler Myers, with his second goal in as many nights, and, with a two-goal effort, Evan Bloodoff. Kelowna held a 2-0 lead at one point, but couldn't put away the Cougars.

Torrie Jung turned aside 20 shots for the Rockets, who rallied to defeat the Kootenay Ice 7-6 in overtime on Friday night after holding a pair of three-goal leads. Tommy Tartaglione made 28 saves for the Cougars, who lost 4-1 to the Blazers in Kamloops on Friday.
