Forward Remi Elie will make his NHL debut for the Dallas Stars after forward Antoine Roussel sustained a hand injury in a 5-4 loss to the New York Islanders on Thursday. "I found out the other day; during the game [assistant GM Scott White] called me and told me they were going to call me back up," said Elie, 21, who had 25 points (eight goals, 17 assists) with Texas of the American Hockey League. "I'm very excited and it's going to be a dream come true tonight. I've been dreaming this all my life." Forward Ales Hemsky is questionable with a foot injury after blocking a shot against the Islanders. If Hemsky is unavailable, Dallas will need to dress 11 forwards and seven defensemen. The Stars are eight points out of the second wild card spot in the Western Conference, and are 7-18-4 on the road. "Our road record, obviously it's been disappointing," coach Lindy Ruff said. "So take it one game at a time and work on getting wins on the road." Goaltender Kari Lehtonen is expected to start in goal after Antti Niemi started the previous two games.
