Dale Mitchell scores two goals to lead Oshawa past Kingston 5-3 @NHLdotcom

OSHAWA, Ont. - A two-goal effort from Dale Mitchell helped lead the Oshawa Generals to a 5-3 win over the Kingston Frontenacs in Ontario Hockey League action Sunday night.

Mitchell's 18th and 19th goals of the campaign opened the scoring for the Generals, while goals by Brett Parnham, Patrick Asselin and Corey Cowick followed.

Daryl Borden started in goal and made 21 saves for the Generals (34-14-2-4).

Scoring goals for Kingston (17-34-0-2) were Matthew Kang, Nathan Moon and Kyle Paige, while John Murray made 40 saves.

Kingston was 1-for-6 on the powerplay, while Oshawa went 0-for-6.
