Each day this season, NHL.com's fantasy staff will provide daily picks for DraftKings NHL contests. This lineup has been constructed with expensive and value picks and should be used as a basis for your roster decision-making.
C - Mark Scheifele, WPG ($6,700)
Scheifele has eight points and 15 shots on goal in four games against the Dallas Stars (7.4 DraftKings points per game), making the Winnipeg Jets center a prime bounce-back candidate Tuesday. He's stuck in his longest point drought of the season (four games) but has a healthy shot volume (25) in his past 10 games and strong home splits (24 points in 27 games).
C - Leon Draisaitl, EDM ($5,800)
Draisaitl and the Edmonton Oilers host the Arizona Coyotes, who are allowing the most DraftKings points to opposing centers and the third-most to right wings. Draisaitl, who plays both positions, has been held without a point in his past four games but has salvaged his DFS value with three blocks and 11 SOG in the span. Draisaitl, who offers exposure to Connor McDavid in all situations, has three points, three blocks and five SOG in four games against the Coyotes this season.

W - Patric Hornqvist, PIT ($6,100)
Hornqvist has bounced around the Pittsburgh Penguins lineup lately but remains on the first power-play unit with Sidney Crosby and Phil Kessel. If Evgeni Malkin returns to the lineup, Hornqvist would have some pressure taken off his shoulders and likely play alongside Malkin or Crosby against the Vancouver Canucks, who are allowing the fourth-most DraftKings points to opposing right wings. He has scored 12 of his 17 goals at home and is averaging 4.2 DraftKings points at PPG Paints Arena.
W - Anders Lee, NYI ($5,800)
Lee has caught fire for the New York Islanders under coach Doug Weight, scoring 13 points in 11 games since Weight took over for Jack Capuano. Lee is tied for the NHL lead in points (nine) and power-play points (four) in the past 10 days. Top line and first power-play minutes alongside John Tavares will lead to this level of production. He has two points, two blocks and two SOG in two games against the Toronto Maple Leafs.

W - Jason Pominville, MIN ($4,600)
Pominville has 21 points in his past 18 games and is playing alongside plenty of young talent on a nightly basis for the Minnesota Wild. He has two assists and seven SOG in two games against the Anaheim Ducks, and has scored all five of his PPP at home this season. He somehow remains available for less than $5,000, making him a lineup lock in DraftKings.
D - Oliver Ekman-Larsson, ARI ($4,700)
Ekman-Larsson and the Coyotes will play the second game of a back-to-back set when they visit the Oilers on Tuesday, but DFS owners should note his recent success against them. He has four points, five blocks and eight SOG in four games against Edmonton (3.9 DraftKings points per game), and has turned it up a notch with three assists, four blocks, and two SOG in his past two games entering Monday.

D - Ben Hutton, VAN ($3,300)
Hutton has power-play assists in three of his past four games and is seeing more than two minutes of ice time per game on the man-advantage. He's playing on the same power-play unit with Alexander Edler and is $700 cheaper than his Canucks teammate in DraftKings. Despite missing time because of a hand injury, Hutton quietly has totaled 72 blocks, 78 SOG and nine PPP this season.
G - Craig Anderson, OTT ($8,000)
Anderson is confirmed to start against the Buffalo Sabres at home, where he's 8-4-1 with a .922 save percentage and one shutout, which came in his return to the lineup against the Islanders on Saturday. Anderson is 0-2-0 with seven goals allowed against the Sabres this season, but he should bounce back considering he's 5-1-0 with a .924 SV% when on two days of rest.

UTIL - Tyler Bozak, TOR ($4,700)
Bozak faces the Islanders, who are allowing the fourth-most DraftKings points to opposing centers. Yes, New York is much improved compared to earlier in the season, but Bozak should get you at least a point alongside James van Riemsdyk and Mitchell Marner on the Maple Leafs' second line. He has 19 points in 25 home games.
