PETERBOROUGH, Ont. - Andrew D'Agostini made 41 saves in the Peterborough Petes' 4-2 win over the Owen Sound Attack in Ontario Hockey League action Thursday night.

Matt Puempel scored two goals and an assist for Peterborough (6-1-2), with Andrew Yogan and Austin Watsonwhich each scoring on the power play in a penalty-filled game.

The Petes went 2-for-7 with the man advantage while keeping the Attack off the scoreboard in eight power-play attempts.

Owen Sound captain Mike Halmo opened the scoring for the Attack just 2:18 into the game, sweeping in from the boards through the slot and flipping a shot past D'Agostini.

The Attack couldn't beat him again, though, until Gemel Smith connected with just 1:17 to play.

Scott Stajcer stopped 29 shots for Owen Sound (5-6-0).
