Couture scores twice, adds SO winner to lead 67's past Owen Sound @NHLdotcom

OWEN SOUND, Ont. - Logan Couture scored twice in regulation and had the only goal of the shootout as the Ottawa 67's outlasted the Owen Sound Attack 5-4 on Sunday afternoon in the Ontario Hockey League.

Couture also added an assist for the 67's (32-19-3-2), while Corey Cowick and Anthony Nigro had a goal and an assist each. Martin Paryzek chipped in with three assists.

David Colomatis scored a pair, Joey Hishon had a goal and an assist and Josh Moes also scored for Owen Sound (21-21-7-7).

Chris Perugini earned the win for Ottawa, stopping 12 of 13 shots after replacing Adam Courchaine midway through the second period. Courchaine allowed three goals on 26 shots.

Attack netminder Tyler Beskorowany made 32 saves.
