KINGSTON, Ont. - Cory Emmerton's power-play goal 3:42 into overtime gave the Kingston Frotenacs a 2-1 victory over the Mississauga-St. Michael's Majors in OHL play on Friday night.
Neither team was able to score until Michael Pelech scored five minutes into the third period for Mississauga (0-1-1).
Kyle Paige tied the game 26 seconds later for Kingston (1-2-0).
Majors goalie Chris Carozzi made 42 saves, while Jason Guy stopped 26 shots for the Frontenacs.
