The Game

Goaltender Joonas Korpisalo will make his second start of the season for the Columbus Blue Jackets, who will be looking for their fourth straight when they visit the Winnipeg Jets at Bell MTS Place on Tuesday.

Jets forward Kyle Connor, who was recalled from Manitoba of the American Hockey League on Monday, will make his season debut. Connor, who had five points in 20 games last season, replaces forward Mathieu Perreault, who sustained a lower-body injury in a 2-1 loss against the Carolina Hurricanes on Saturday, on the second line. Perreault is expected to miss four weeks.

Steve Mason will make his third start of the season and first in three games. He has a 6.53 goals-against average and a .831 save percentage, having allowed 11 goals in two games.

"We kind of left him out to dry there the first couple of games. We all know he is a good goalie, we see how hard he works at practice and just the kind of guy he is." -- Jets defenseman Jacob Trouba on Steve Mason
