Reimer played 32:30 in a 2-1 shootout loss against the Tampa Bay Lightning in the Panthers' season opener Saturday after replacing Roberto Luongo in the second period. Luongo, expected to be out 2-4 weeks with a knee injury, was placed on injured reserve Monday.
Goalie Joonas Korpisalo will make his second start of the season for the Blue Jackets; he made 18 saves in a 3-2 overtime win at the Detroit Red Wings on Oct. 4.

Players to watch

Blue Jackets forward Artemi Panarin has two goals in three games, each a game-winner.
Reimer was 7-1-0 with a 2.11 goals-against average, .939 save percentage and two shutouts in his final nine appearances last season, but is 2-6-1 with a 3.62 GAA and .891 save percentage in nine games against Columbus.
