Colorado Avalanche recall Ryan Wilson from AHL @NHLdotcom

DENVER (AP) -The Colorado Avalanche have recalled defenseman Ryan Wilson, who will join the team in Boston.

The team said Wilson will be available to play against the Bruins on Monday.

The Avalanche acquired the 22-year-old from Windsor, Ontario, in a trade that sent Jordan Leopold to the Calgary Flames in March.

Wilson has played in three games with the AHL's Lake Erie Monsters this season. He hasn't scored any points and has racked up 17 penalty minutes, the most on the team.
