Colin Long's five-point night leads Kelowna over Brandon 5-4 @NHLdotcom

BRANDON, Man. - Colin Long's five-point night led the Kelowna Rockets to a 5-4 victory over the host Brandon Wheat Kings in the Western Hockey League on Wednesday night.

Long had two goals and three assists while linemate Jamie Benn added two goals and two assists. Brady Leavold also scored for the Rockets (18-11-2-4). Nathan Green, Tyler Dittmer, Matt Calvert and Brayden Schenn replied for the Wheat Kings (21-10-0-1).

Kristofer Westbom stopped 32 shots for Kelowna, while Brandon netminder Joe Caligiuri made 10 saves.
