Coach's Challenge: CBJ @ PIT - 12:30 of Second Period

Original call stands, good goal Pittsburgh

At 12:30 of the second period in the Blue Jackets/Penguins game, Columbus requested a Coach's Challenge to review whether Pittsburgh was off-side prior to their goal.

After reviewing all available replays and consulting with the linesman, NHL Hockey Operations staff confirmed that the puck never left the Blue Jackets zone and the Penguins were therefore in the attacking zone legally.

Therefore the original call stands - good goal Pittsburgh Penguins.

Since the Coach's Challenge did not result in the original call being overturned, the Columbus Blue Jackets forfeit their time-out.
