Chris Langkow scores goal and an assist in Saskatoon's 3-1 win over Red Deer @NHLdotcom

RED DEER, Alta. - The Saskatoon Blades scored a trio of power-play goals and defeated the Red Deer Rebels 3-1 in a WHL game Friday.

Chris Langkow, Ondrej Fiala and Travis Toomey connected for Saskatoon (21-32-3-3), while Brandon Sutter notched a short-handed goal for Red Deer (16-37-4-2).

Blades netminder Braden Holtby made 28 saves. Rebels goaltender Morgan Clark stopped 30 shots.
