Washington Capitals forward Jason Chimera scored from center ice against the Philadelphia Flyers in Game 2 on Saturday.
Skating in the neutral zone with his back to the Flyers net, Chimera deflected a long pass from Karl Alzner that went down ice toward goalie Steve Mason, who allowed it to go through his legs near the left post.

It gave the Capitals a 2-0 lead 2:26 into the second period at Verizon Center.
